Blah3: Bremer: Clueless, or just stupid, after all this time?

So you didn't really pay attention to how your major policy initiative was carried out...you didn't know roads just don't appear overnight...you had to wonder if using the usual bureaucratic channels would be ok in a war-ravaged country...and preparing a second act for the Iraq invasion was just not given much thought. Amazing.
