Turkey can attack PPK when US attacks Iran

A recent Der Spiegel International aggregation and translation of German press coverage about rumours that a US strike on Iran is imminent, and US government representatives have been briefing allies, mentioned that Turkey has been greenlighted to attack the PPK in Iran on the same day, if the American strike occurs.
