Tom Delay is uses a clip from Comedy Centrals "The Colbert Report" to defend his criminal activities.

Which begs the question, does Delay know that "The Colbert Report" on Comedy Central is NOT news? That it's satire, like, you know, just like Fox News, Fair and Balanced?
