What Is the "Ismail Ax"?

Reports are surfacing about the Virginia Tech shooter, Cho Seung-Hui, that with the suicide note police found, they also found the words *Ismail Ax* written in red ink on the inside of one of his arms.

What does *Ismail Ax* mean?
