So, after Congress shut down the TIA, Chimpy lets the NSA take the program over. Then the NSA started looking at your credit card and checking account transactions and listening to every phone call, every email, every fax and every instant message you make. Yes, each and every person in the US and abroad, citizens and non-citizens alike are being spied on. Gee, I wonder if any one will ask it that is illegal.
