This is David Hendershott and he is chief deputy of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Hendershott recently had his "Public Corruption" investigation handed over to Federal Procecutors. Hedershott works for Joe Arpaio who fraudulently/criminally 'misspent' a cool $100 Million dollars. Part of the 'misspent' $100 Million apparently went to a political grudge match against this guy, who is suing the state for $15 Million. "Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio simply went rogue" in order to have Don Stapley arrested -- again.
