Once Democracy Underground filed a counter suit with EFF, Righthaven decided that they might drop the case. DU and EFF want Righthaven to pay their legal fees and Righhaven is going to pay through many orifices.
It gets better. Righthaven might have used some sort of fraud against the 200 or so cases it has already successfully litigated against - meaning Righthaven is going to get its sorry ass kicked again and again.
