Gov. Rick Perry's Niggerhead

Perry's camp says he is not responsible because there is "A holdover from the area's long cowboy culture". See? Texans have been hard core racists for generations. Rick cant be held accountable for that. Sheesh. Further, it's baffling that Herb Cain is surprised that Perry (much less the entire republican party) is "insensitive" to black people. Isn't racism a republican forte? Their reason for being?
