Polluting utilities are now suing for their right to pollute our air with poisons

Because republican children don't breath the same air as everyone else.  Note that the polluting utilities are not saying the level of poison they produce are safe, they are saying it's too expensive to comply. You see, it's cost effective to pollute their children. It's more profitable to cripple and mentally handicap our children with mercury.
